Straddling both the smooth running of the studio and also assisting in production, Martina is busy. But no two days are the same which is definitely a good thing for someone with her unflappability and talent for making problems disappear.
Reception, booking freelancers, book-keeping, HR, Martina is also very interested in production and is given regular opportunities to contribute and learn in the busy studio.
